Pattern - A combination of two letters representing one sound, as in ci, ti, si
tion – base word is a noun (example – nation),
sion – base word is a verb (example – comprehension),
cian – base word is a job (example – musician)
cial in words (example – special)
SION or TION or CIAN are used to spell the "shun" sound at the ends of words.
